This is a toy from 1959 and in great condition.  It is 11" tall and when you put the antenna in its head it walks, the arms move, the head lights up and the TV screen in its chest begins playing a scene. 

The battery compartment is in very good condition.  It was made in Japan by the Alps company.  The box is in good condition with good graphics and colors, but does have some wear on the edges.
