IT Hardware Testing Specialist

Part Time: 20 hours per week minimum

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Business Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm | Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour for part-time.

            $11.54 per hour for full-time after three months.

Position Summary

The IT Hardware Testing Specialist is responsible for the maintenance server’s operating system, test hardware from receiving department, and diagnose hardware and software problem for our products.

Primary Responsibilities

Carefully inspecting for damage or defects.

Test, and diagnose for Server’s hardware.  

Record the test result of merchandise in the ticket system.

Maintain safe, clean, organized work environment and inventory.

Contribute ideas for making the hardware test better and easier.

Position Requirements

Minimum of a High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree prefered.

Knowledge for Linux (Ubuntu Server), CentOS, and Windows Server OS

Knowledge for network protocol and network equivalents, CCNA is plus.

Basic knowledge for Server’s or Computer’s Hardware.

Hard-working and high attention to details.

Quick learner.

Superb time management skills and dependability.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, data entry.

Able to follow company policies and procedures.

Ability to read and write English and perform basic calculations.

Ability to lift 30 pounds or greater.
