This is the greatest example I have ever seen.  
Margin centering along with ink this bold is elusive.  If you are into the finer details of eye appeal, you will recognize the opportunity. 
It is from an orginal collection and proceeds go directly to the owner.  
Any other dealer, especially eBay dealers would scream that this is UNC!
This is however under the strictest criteria, a Choice Almost Uncirculated note with no folds besides evidence of a small corner dog ear that does not touch the ink. Pristine paper and absolutely no issues.
The dot in the right front margin is confirmed as a piece of paper pulp, naturally embedded in the paper from the BEP.
No pinholes, no tears, no blemishes, just close to perfect.
