This rental will become available May 1st.  The rent is $1200 per month plus bills per apartment.  A one year lease agreement is mandatory.  2513 Indian Trial is a duplex.  Each side is a four bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and an attached single car garage.  There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs.  Both upstairs and downstairs have large living rooms.
