This vintage style coffin is built using modern techniques in the old look. Built by hand it was made with locally sourced materials and strong joints. The handles while can carry the load are for display. The body and lid are made from slatted pine boards with a plywood base, the trim on the lid is embossed trim and it comes with a brass plaque for the decedents name and 8 brass nails (4 are extra).
