This couch has been used a little under a year, it was bought brand new.  It has been in a non smoking house and is in very good condition.  It is microfiber so anything that spills on it can be cleaned with a dry or damp wash cloth. It is grey/dark blue color and the accent pillows pictured come with it.  I am selling it because I don't have room for it anymore. Measurements:  9' 9" long. Recliner section is 5' 6" deep. Couch section is 3' 6" deep
