I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting ASAP till May I was planning on living there through May, but because of recent events, I am needing to move out. Like I said, the apartment is 1 block from campus inbetween 6th and 7th street, which is ideal for not having to have to drive to class. The apartment is HUGE, the bedroom is a great size with a large living room, kitchen, laundry room on site with an extra sink, and a full size bathroom. Water and trash are paid by the landlord, with rent being $400 and internet as an additional $20. Electric/gas are extra with it being only around $50 per person. There is a girl that lives there now who is extremly respectful of your space and keeps the apartment clean, in addition comes with most the furnature so basically you would just need items for your room.
