Erminette is a rare, beautiful breed of chicken, once thought to be extinct.  They are white marked with black feathers; they also come in solid white and solid black - we also have some Blue's.  These are big, productive pullets - Plymouh Rock type.  They are tremendous (well over 240 eggs/year) layers of light brown to cream colored eggs.  These pullets will perfom well in a pastured egg-laying flock or look great in your back yard.  We have a large group (50) for sale that will look great and give someone a lot of eggs.  I will be willing to discount the price for groups of 10 or more.
