The Trego County Historical Society will be hosting Heritage Day on this Saturday, August 19, at the museum in WaKeeney. The event will run from 1 to 4 p.m. Presenters will be available to showing skills and techniques in wool spinning, cooking, water witching, soap making, tatting, rope making, fossils, and quilting. Sorry the Antique Roadshow or appraisal booth is cancelled for this year due to health reasons.
