Job description:

• Read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints, as well as specifications 
• Produce building material list 
• Prepare quotes for both residential and commercial property
• Work in partner with sales personnel and truss designer
• Stay organized
• Meet with clients to review plans
• Establish and maintain working relationships with general contractors and clients
• Navigate through building estimator software, computer skills are beneficial
