I have eleven hogs who are getting to be butcher size. They are from two different litters, and range in weight from 120 to 150 lbs. The price is $1.00/lb live weight. That price includes delivery to local butchers, but not the butcher's fee.
They have been raised in a natural, "hog-centered" way. I have given them good lives without ear notching, antibiotics in the feed, tail-docking, or close confinement. They have had a lot of room to run about and root, with access to forage. This results in lean, flavorful, top-quality pork.
