This is a John Deere 1010 field cultivator with a 3 bar spring tine harrow.  It is 36 ft wide and has a rear hitch to pull another implement behind it.  Has shank protectors on some shanks.  Hitch is slightly bent, from somebody probably turning to short and catching a dual on the hitch.  It doesn't affect how it pulls or the job it does though. Has walking tandems in the center section and on both wings.  Center section tires are in good shape.
