New, on the pallet, in the box, Shelter Model 3042 Exterior Woodburning Furnace plus 12 feet of new, in the box chimney and chimney cap. Purchased new in March from Menards for my son, but his house deal fell through so furnace is now for sale. Controlled with indoor thermostat. Forced air can be incorporated into existing heating system. Will heat 1300-1800 sq ft. Has 1800 CFM blower. Paid $2296 new. Priced to sell.
