Need gone!!! 3 Ton packaged unit manufactured in 2000. This outside unit has some age but has been serviced every year and taken really good care of. Air handler and AC work great and has brand new board. The furnace aspect has a cracked heat exchanger which makes the heat part unusable until fixed. That is the only problem with this unit!! Can be bought for parts ... possibly vmake money off the parts if you want or for the air conditioner...asking $100 OBO!!  Located in Solomon. I just need it out of my yard.
