Looking to rent a 3+ BR country home anywhere around the Larned, Pawnee Rock, Great Bend Area.  4 person family: 2 adults and 2 kids.  We'd need to allow for pets-we have 1 dog and 1 cat. We are hoping to find a decent home with on land we could use for gardening, setting a clothes line, and we are interested in possibly raising chickens & ducks this spring.  Well water would be a plus but not necessity. 

We're budgeting for something under $700.  Have good references. Wouldn't mind a decent-ish fixer upper for lower rent. Or possibly a rent to own situation.
