This is a large, very nice quality England brand couch purchased new from Feldkamp's Furniture - new price $1,200.  It is in like new condition and has seen very little use. Our home is non-smoking. The Lane brand recliner is also in like new condition.  It's a slightly lighter color than the couch, but a nice match.  We have a small dachshund puppy that just learned she is big enough to jump on the couch, but is not allowed on the furniture. Cash only will be accepted. Please bring help to load.
