I am looking for a male subleaser to move into my apartment. It is a 1 bed, 1 bath studio apartment and is in great condition. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to campus. I am taking a job out of state which requires me to move, so I will no longer need to live here. This unit includes a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The room itself has a private bathroom and kitchenette. Subleaser will be responsible for taking over rent payments and will only have to pay electric!
