I have a handful of high-quality butcher hogs for sale. They have been raised very humanely with lots of room and as much access to forage as possible. The meat will be flavorful and lean, with very nice texture. They are given the ability to live out their lives as hogs should, without close confinement, ear-notches, antibiotics, or tail-docking.  They have appointments at Country Pride Processing in Wallace and Willow Creek Meats in McCook the first part of January . . . they should weigh between 270-280 lbs at that point.

The price, including delivery to the butcher, is a dollar a pound live weight. Halves are available at Willow Creek and possibly Country Pride.
