The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall clinical coordination of the Dialysis Unit: ensuring safety of patients and employees, and prioritizing and multitasking are necessary qualities. The Facility Administrator will ensure their Dialysis team membes come to work as scheduled and that the unit is in top condition. This position is divided into two main areas: Patient Care Manager, Employee Manager and Facility Operations Manager.

Bachelor's Degree preferred: Nursing, Social Worker, Dietician, Business, with current license to practice if RN, Dietician or Social Worker. Current CPR required.
