NEW Starting wage for full-time!! Have you worked as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) before? If so, we will pay you for your years of service. Starting wage is 10.00 per hour for full-time staff, if you have 3 consecutive years of DSP support in the past 5 years you will earn up to 11.00 per hour. If you have 5 consecutive years of DSP support in the past 5 years you will earn up to 12.00 per hour.
