Cedar Bluff State Park has an opportunity available for the 2019 camping season.  We are in need of Seasonal Maintenance Staff.  We are looking for hard working, dependable individual available for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from Mid-May until Mid-August.

Pay based on experience.

DUTIES:

• Operation and Maintenance of equipment to include riding mowers, UTVs, and other small equipment.

• Aesthetic Maintenance of park facilities, to include painting and staining.

• General Maintenance of park grounds and structures.

• Help maintain a clean and professional work environment.

• Greet patrons with a friendly and courteous attitude and portray a positive image of KDWP&T. Customer service and satisfaction is our goal.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Must comply with department rules and regulations.   

• We reserve the right to conduct a background check on all qualified applicants.

 

There will be mandatory training period at the Cedar Bluff Park Office prior to starting then shadowing until comfortable with all rules, regulations and duties.  Applicant must be able to work 40 hours per week, some weekends may be required.
