The Beloit Holiday Fair has been a long standing tradition in Beloit for the past 30 years. Started by the Delphian Club, the show was passed onto the Cassiopeia Club in 2009. We are a group of young women in the community with an eye on philanthropy to make the community of Beloit thrive with opportunity. We are set out to make 2018 our best year yet! 

-We are open to artists and craftsmen presenting original or handmade work. Home based party plans are also invited. No commercial businesses please. We will only accept one vendor per party plan company.
-You will be contacted confirming your acceptance by September 1, 2018. Booth payments will be deposited upon acceptance.
-Complete the application in full. Omission and errors will delay processing and may affect acceptance into show.
-A food stand will be available during the show.
-Placement requests can be made, but may not be honored. Placement will be the decision of the fair director and it will be final. 
-The Cassiopeia Club is not responsible for accidents or loss of articles.
-The collection of sales tax is the responsibility of each exhibitor. Tax forms will be available at the registration table. Vendor names will be submitted into the state at the end of the show.
-Disassembling of the booth is not allowed until the end of the show (3:00). If teardown begins before that point, you will not be asked to return in the future.
-The building has a limited amount of wall space and electricity. These items will be available on a first come first serve basis. If requested, each item is an additional $5.00 per vendor space. 
-The building will be open for unloading and setting up Friday evening and Saturday morning beginning at 7:00a.m.
