Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems in Beloit, KS is looking for a Full time Hospice Director. 

This position is responsible for the overall direction of the hospice services. This includes responsibility for the employment of qualified hospice personnel; provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. The director establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.  The successful candidate will be a professional with developed team building skills, the ability to balance finance with quality of care, the proven ability to function autonomously and with effective time management skills, and have a strong working knowledge of Federal and state hospice rules and regulations.
