Nex-Tech is looking for strong leader to help with our growing NOC Operation! If you are experienced working with network operations and have a strong desire to work for a leader in the technology and communications industries, you may be ready to join our Nex-Tech NOC team!  

Our NOC Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Network Operations Center designed to support the Company’s internal and external enterprise customer communication networks 24\7\365.   Duties will include monitoring, assessing, and troubleshooting telecommunications and data equipment for network faults and equipment alarms.  Additional duties will include developing operating procedures, managing quality assurance to verify all contractual services are being provided, and scheduling NOC staff to maintain 24-hour coverage.

Requirements: 
High school diploma, or the equivalent. 
Associates degree in Communications Technology, Network Operations, Management, or the equivalent.
Five years of experience in customer support, IP network installation, maintenance, and/or monitoring, or the equivalent. 
Two years of supervisory experience in a network operations environment.
Candidate may be required to work weekends and some holidays.
A background check will be required for this position.
