Description
While towing a car on northbound hiway 281 on April 3 (that very windy day) a spoiler blew off the car I was towing. I believe it was on an easterly stretch of 281, maybe near Waldo, or near Luray, Ks. Would like to retrieve it to cover the holes, if it isn't too badly damaged.
