ONN brand portable dvd player

bought around April 26 

used only a handfuls time

cant take it back or exchange it

decided we wanted the dvd players that attach to the headrest in the car 

Headphones, remote, car charger, and plug in charger 

a white line appeared on the screen not sure how or why
