Perform all maintenance activities for assigned property. Report directly to Site manager.Including but not limited to performing work orders, scheduled and preventative routine maintenance request in a timely manner.Police grounds on a daily basis and handle exterior grounds maintenance not routinely handled by a lawn crew. including snow removal as per seasonal requirements.Perform other maintenance tasks assigned by the manager.Be available on an “On Call” Basis when scheduled or necessary in cases of emergency.General knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, and flooring. Ability to pass written maintenance test. Must have a dependable vehicle. Ability to lift 100 pounds necessary for installation and removal of appliances. Ability to operate all necessary hand tools to make repairs. Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, etc. Ability to drive to and from job sites.
