You can use on your stove, a grill, a propane burner (like a turkey fryer burner) or over a campfire. I’ve used mine in the oven to roast sweet potatoes!

These have been seasoned at least twice with lard. They were polished before being seasoned, and after the second seasoning, they cook eggs with no sticking. Just like any cast iron product, the more you use them the blacker they get.

Very sturdy.
