SunPorch of Smith County (formerly LTC) is looking for a friendly, hard-working housekeeper to be able to work during the day. Must be able to work independently and as a team member. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include: detailed cleaning of multiple resident rooms in allotted time frame and reporting maintenance items in rooms. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and state/local health codes.

Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, and extensive walking required.

Must have friendly, helpful attitude; be sincere, pleasant and hospitable to residents.  Basic reading skills required to read and/or identify and understand product labels and instructions. Must have valid state of residence driver's license.  Complies with OSHA and all other Federal, State, and Local regulations applicable to this position.

We offer healthcare benefits. Hours range from 20-30 hours per week. Pay depending upon experience.
