Order Fulfillment / RMA Clerks support the department by:

-Accurately coordinating internal Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

-Efficiently obtaining and recording RMA documents using various systems/databases

-Creating and processing RMA reports for tracking purposes

-Assisting with open sales order reports and equipment/product part orders
