After the initial consulation you will receive an estimate through PayPal with the price and services covered.  Payment is expected upon acceptance of the estimate. 

All research will be done through online resources and reports will be sent through email.  On site research can be conducted in Ellis, Barton, Rooks, Russell, Osborne and Lincoln Counties in Kansas.  All other research is done through online resources.
