SOCIAL WORKER - Barton County accepting applications for full-time Social Worker for Health Department until position filled.   Work includes visiting clients in their homes to evaluate the social needs of the individuals and of the family unit. Integrates the theory of Social Determinants of Health and Health Equity into the daily interactions with the population served; seeks resources for clients; serves as a resource for staff to assist clients in need.   May provide services for outside agencies.  Requires a Bachelors of Social Work license or higher to practice in Kansas.  Applicants required to pass drug test and physical assessment screening.
