2001 Honda XR650R Street Legal with Kansas Title

Bike is in great shape and everything works perfect. This is the liquid cooled R model not the lower power air cooled L model. Has been converted from dirtbike to dual sport with headlight, horn, turn signals, brake lights, and key switch. Has a normal Kansas title and plates. 

Carb has been upgraded to a Mikuni TM40 pumper carb and jetted for the FMF pipe. The pumper carb really makes this bike rip. I also have a set of jets for high altitude riding.

The seat has been redone by Seat Concepts and is awesome for long rides. Also has a huge 4.7 gallon gas tank, Trail Tech Vapor speedometer - tach - and temp gauge, fat foot pegs, and an expandable tail bag.

I have several sprocket setups for it and a billet case saver/sprocket guard. 90% of the time I ride highway and gravel roads in Kansas so I gear it up to put along at 70 mph. When I head to Colorado for single track I gear it down for slow technical stuff. Even geared down it will still run 100 mph no problem so it works great for getting from trail to trail. I have separate O-ring chains for each setup.

Extras include, original muffler, FMF spark arrestor insert, original speedometer, original front brake master cylinder (replaced for one with a brake light switch), original tail bag.

The front tire is worn but I have one on the way or I'll take $100 off and you can get whatever you want. Back tire is at 50%. I just changed the oil and filter so it is ready to go.

My boys are learning to ride so I need to switch to something small and slow so I can stay with them and help them learn.
