Located at 310 Washington St. in Ellis, KS.  This is an old house that is livable.  However, it would need a quite a bit of work.  It is located on a corner lot and a half.  If someone wanted a fixer upper or a couple of rentals this house would be a perfect candidate.  Upstairs has its own bathroom and kitchen and could be split out into a separate rental.  Gas lines were recently re done, but again, this house would need some work.  I wish I had time to fix it up myself as it has a lot of potential.  The attached floor plans are approximate but gives you a good idea of the layout.  Call me for details.  I do not check messages on here often.  Thank you!
