United NW Federal Credit Union is seeking a courteous and highly motivated Member Service Representative/Teller (MSR) to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs. The position is Full Time, Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.  This individual is expected to deliver exceptional and efficient member service in a confidential manner.

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The MSR is the connection between the member and the credit union. This position is responsible for professionally handling a variety of financial transaction services for Credit Union members.  Member Service Representatives are responsible for performing routine account transactions, cross-selling various products and services in order to fulfill the member's financial needs, and researching and resolving member account questions and concerns.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 
Education - Requires a high school education or equivalent. 
Interpersonal Skills - Requires well developed interpersonal skills for communicating with members. 
Requires the ability to operate a computer and basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing).
