Very good condition for its age and clean! Sleeps 4-6. Couch and table convert to beds and there is a full size bed in the bedroom. Everything works. New water pump, battery and fans that run off 12 volt installed this summer. The jack was replaced two years ago so it turns smooth. New vent covers were also installed this summer. There are no leaks in this unit. Camper will also include some essentials to get you started such as plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots/pans and sheets for the bed in the bedroom.
