1997 SOUTHWIND STORM MOTOR HOME. 33 foot long, 48,000 miles. Has a 460 cubic inch Ford engine and chassis. Cruise control and hydraulic leveling system. Nice and clean. Exterior roof brand new rubber. All new vents replaced on roof. (All replaced due to hail storm.) Six brand new tires; less than 200 miles driven. Two air conditioners, front and back. One works great, one doesn't work, will fix if needed. Microwave, refrigerator/freezer works great. Four burner stove with oven works great. Flat screen TV is 14" Roku. Nice and comfortable bathroom, water-flushable toilet, roomy shower. Shower has 5 gallon water heater tank, which allows for fairly long shower. Bedroom has queen size bed with walk-around on two sides; new memory foam mattress. Slide-out in couch/kitchen table area works great. We lived in this RV for 9 months and we were quite comfortable! Moved to a small lot recently and have no room to store it! GREAT BUY!!! Call!
