FSA & General Info: This 157.14 acre farm has 48.3 acres of enrolled in the CRP program and expires 9-30-2021. The payment rate is $40.54 per acre yielding $1,958.00 annual payment. The balance is cropland & waterways. Purchaser shall receive all the 2019 and subsequent years CRP payments.

Taxes & Minerals: Seller to pay all the 2018 taxes and the purchaser shall be responsible for all the 2019 and subsequent years taxes. 2017 taxes were $1,152.66. Seller to convey 100% of the Sellers mineral interest to the purchaser.

Crops & Possession: The cropland is currently under a cash rent agreement and is paid in full. Purchaser will not be entitled to any cash rent.
