Full Time Fedex Ground Route Driver position available.  Typical hours are M-F 5A-3P. Route based out of Hays and returns to Hays daily.  Uniforms provided with salary based pay and paid holidays off along with a bonus program.  Equipment to be operated is mostly newer model box vans ranging from 14 to 20ft. and Fleet is well maintained.

Job Requirements: Must be 21 years old, have a valid drivers license with no previous suspensions, No Dui charges, No felonies or misdemeanors, Clean MVR or no more then two moving violations within the past year, be able to lift up to 150lbs and pass a DOT physical and extensive background check.

 Must be able to pass pre employment and random drug screenings.

Prefer someone with 1 year large truck or van driving experience, that has been within the last 3 years, or some form of commercial driving experience.  Driving experience is and can be considered if you have driven while being paid for it and can prove experience, as long as it has been for a length of time and not just a single occurrence.    CDL not required.   

Willing to train the right candidate with little to no commercial driving experience, but must meet other requirements as stated above.  Must be self motivated.
