All furniture is currently moved out however the bathtub and sink were being redone so you'd have to check with PRM when it will be finished. Rent is $555 a month, January has been paid, everything except energy included, inlcudes internet. Also includes a carport in the alley with a storage unit. I am willing to pay $350 of your $555 security deposit, you get the whole $555 back when the lease ends.
