The Quality Inn is looking for a friendly, reliable PT Night Audit. Must be able to work independently and as a team member. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities include: Ability to make reservations for guests. Answer phone calls;deliver exceptional customer service to all guests and vendors. Ability to multi-task and be able to communication issues with Managers and other team members. Must be able to problem solve. Basic math skills required. Must be professional and a team player.
Must: Have at least 2 years of customer service related experience, have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal skills, be able to answer multi-line phone calls. Multi-tasking is essential. Data entry/computer skills are required.
Be familiar with local area activities and attractions. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance. Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, and extensive standing/walking required.
We offer healthcare benefits and discounted hotel rooms at other properties in the system. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Hours range from 20-40 hours per week. Pay depending upon experience.
