Bought new, used it some. It's a nice, smooth workout. Good if you don't have excatly new joints, like me. I have a mat for the floor for it as well. It is a pretty full work out, as it has the arms that you work with too. It has a crude program that lets you choose your way, like, a cruise through the park, or mountain. It also has a heart rate monitor and some sort of software that tells you your recovery rate? I just rode it during football games, and in the summer when it was to hot to do anything. I found that 30 mins a few times a week was more than I needed to stay in shape and play ball with the kids, etc. You obviously get better at it as you go along.
