I'm new to the area and I am looking for some amount of pasture land for sale in the area between Norton and Phillipsburg, KS.  I am looking for a minimum of 10 acres, ideally 20 to 40 acres, but would also consider up to 100 acres. Land could also be some combination of tillable and pasture land. Preferrably I would like a place with a house already on it but otherwise I would want a place where a home could be built.
