The Russell County Sheriff’s Office is currently taking applications for a full-time Corrections Officer.

Duties include but not limited to: care, custody, and control of an adult correctional facility.

Requirements for the position are: Must be 18 years of age, have a valid Kansas Driver’s License, have no Felony or serious Misdemeanor convictions and must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Applications will be taken until the position is filled.
Starting wage: $12.00 an hour with no experience.
