My roommates and I are looking for someone to take over our lease starting the first week of January until April 1st. The lease is for a duplex located on 7th street near Allen St. It has two bedrooms each with two large closets and a desk area downstairs, and the upstairs includes one bathroom, washer and dryer hookups, a large living area with a closet attached, and the kitchen. This rental also has a cemented patio area with alley parking and yard parking. Rent is $700 total or $350 for 2 tenants. Pets are allowed for a pet deposit of $300.
