Need to sublease my room for the next semester. Lease ends in May.  Basically have basement to yourself includes a medium size bedroom, own bathroom,own living area. Shared washer/dryer room with extra storage space. Includes all utilities. A couple and another female reside upstairs. Roommates split internet at $12.50 each. Quiet area on 20th street.
