I am graduating this semester and am looking for someone to fill my lease. The house is on 17th Street in Hays. It would be a single room in the basement with another roommate downstairs and two upstairs. The basement has its own bathroom and half kitchen.  Can use upstairs kitchen too. Refrigerator, washer/dryer, and microwave in pictures will stay with the house. Overall nice house with awesome roommates. Rent is $300/month plus bills. They are usually around 50 per person. I have paid the security deposit and you are welcome to keep that once the lease is up providing the house is in good condition.  House would be available for move in immediately
