Hello, we are looking for a 3rd roommate AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to take over our extra room. Bills usually end up being around $420 a month total including rent, internet and utilities. Nonrefundable deposit of $260 plus 1st month rent of $260, dog or cat welcome but it has to get along with our dogs, they're 3 small adult dogs. Pet deposit would be $260.

We have a nice yard and live in a nice neighborhood, close to big Dillons. I am a 20 year old female and my roommate is a male in his mid 30s, for anyone that might care about that. We're both very friendly and open minded, and get along with most people. :)

The deposit and pet deposit can be split up into monthly payments; just tell us your financial situation and we can work with you; but you must have a job or some sort of income. Thanks
