I purchased this just a few months ago and never used this so it is brand new and you can save around $3,000 compared to purchasing it from a new dealer in the Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Colorado area.  

The nearest Coachmen Viking or Clipper dealer is Kansas City Olathe RV Center who sells this for $3,000 more than I am selling this for.  The Coachmen Clipper or Viking are identical campers just a different color is all.   

Sleeps 5 comfortably and bunk beds and full size bed and dining table folds into bed.

Extremely powerful air conditioning that's in typically 27 foot to 30 foot campers and nice-sized refrigerator kitchen microwave another extras 

Super light so even mini vans can haul it.

Plus I added in $300 worth of new dual 30 lb propane tanks and fittings and gauges to see your propane level since it only came with one little 20lb propane tank.

I also have a $800 cover I purchased used from someone that is the highest quality cover made you can have.

I am firm on the price since you are saving thousands compared to any dealer close to us in Kansas and I added in $300 on my camper due to the upgraded large propane tanks, cover and special valves.

This camper is not super duper fancy like others that cost thousands more of things I feel are a waste of money so in my opinion it is the most affordable, practical, durable (Coachmen) yet functional one I could find out of tons of other travel trailers since there is so many of them.  

Most others do not have many windows, and most really expensive ones don't either so I like this one do to more windows so you don't feel all boxed inside.  Also, most all campers do not have the back door to the bunk beds that can be used for large storage of bikes, moped, etc.

The warranty is transferable on this and I did add value to this camper by upgrading to two new 30lb propane tanks from the little 20lb tanks and I put in new gas valves so you can tell how much is left in each tank. 

I also purchased a nice new plastic black cover for the tanks to cover them up for cosmetic reasons.  Cost was around $300 for everything including putting on new brackets to do this.

I like this model over anything else for these things in particular.

1. It has two bunk beds for kids or adults as long as they are no 6'1 or taller.  You can use this for storage if no sleeps on these.  All the other floor plans and models for the Coachmen Clipper or Viking (same thing just different color) are not laid out as well as this one.  The larger units weigh a lot more and don't have much cargo weight capacity so this is why I believe this unit is the best and will have the best resale value also years from now.

2. The back door allows you to fold up the lower bunk bed to use it to store bikes, moped, etc., which is really nice.

3. It is super light and can be pulled with a wide range of vehicles due to the little bit narrow width and single axle which is easy to move around a city or other places.  The only drawback is it is 8 inches more narrow than the wider campers, but 8 inches is 8 inches and this won't bother you really once you get used to this and the weight savings for me and others pays off on gas, vehicle, drives much easier, etc.

4. The camper has great windows in front and on all side except the back which is useless anyway since no one needs a window in the bathroom rear or in the bunk bed rear.

5. I like the grey color since grey hides dirt better than any other color.  The base it black also so dirt or tar from the highway won't show.  

6. It has a roof AC unit that is 14,500 BTU which is much nicer than a cheap window unit that some inexpensive units have now.
