Great layout with 2 bunk bed, dining bed, couch bed and nice large queen bed in private room.  AC, heater, and all appliances work and it is winterized and has a bathroom sink and of course a big shower. The outside decals need are worn down from the hot sun, but the corner end caps are good and it will just need some new sealant on a few spots which I plan to do.

Selling at a really low price since these sell for around $6,000-$7,5000 typically, but I will take up the price $550 after I put a new rubber coat on the roof along with putting eternabond on the roof outer area just added protection.  As you know, the rubber coating on any of these roofs needs to be redone about every 10-12 years so this one needs to be done.

If it sells soon, which is should, before I put on the coating of rubber on the roof you can have it at this price otherwise it will be $5,000.  I also need to do a fairly easy repair to the on section above the bed....and I will explain, but you can do fairly easily to keep the cost down or I will do it and add a little on to the price of the camper.

Also, I have a $320 brand new cover in the box for it you can have for $100 extra or I will keep it and sell it on Ebay.
